Tuesday, June 15: Park District Fieldhouse quarterly meeting. HawkGlides, Inc. (IIT student group) demonstrated the futuristic Segway Human Transporter, now being used to give "gliding" tours in several cities of the world.
Tuesday, June 24: Everything You Want to Read About Chicago: CTPA & Claremont Press Book Fair hosted at the publishing company's offices by Sharon Woodhouse, the founder of Lake Claremont. Optional dinner immediately following at Rockwell's Neighborhood Grill
Monday, July 12: Private, after-hours tour of the Hellenic Museum & Cultural Center with an optional dinner immediately following at the Greek Islands Restaurant.

Tuesday, October 5: Park District Fieldhouse quarterly meeting. Two speakers: Brian Read, Columbia College professor and photographer of nearly all the faces used in the Crown Fountain, and Elaine Coorens, author of a new book on the Wicker Park Neighborhood. Nominations Closed.
